The repair-person arrived on time and quickly analyzed the problem, then provided me a very fair quote of $300. The door runs quiet and smooth ever since the repair. Be aware of these crooks they are running a scam.They quoted me a price over the phone and charged a $69 fee upfront, supposedly to secure a repair technician. However, when the technician arrived (from a completely different company), he quoted me a price that was double the original estimate. When I declined the higher rate, they refused to refund the $69 fee I had paid.
