We recently had David inspect a house we were purchasing and received great service. He was prompt, both in his timing to do the inspection and how quickly we received the report. He was detailed in his findings and gave me his opinion on a few issues that were found (not just generic answers). He also seems to have an extensive knowledge of homes from the Southbay, giving some color to some of his findings/recommendations. I was very please with his service, both in the actual work done and in the way he explained all the findings and answered all our questions. We made an offer on a 100 year old home. Time was tight and David came out the day after Christmas to accommodate us.
