Elevated Doesn’t stand behind work. Good with accounting but failed to fix major craftsmanship Items. Left job I complete and failed to respond to defects. Deck/patio, upper deck posts wrap, no drip edge, and a failure in hydronic heat tubes - flooring nail punctured tube per his plumber. Doesn’t respond to texts, calls, emails.

If you want a builder to just ignore you then elevated is the builder for you. They hire subs who destroy your new house and not fix all the bad work they do. Tks Geordy!
