Elevated Fencing LLC

They installed our fence a little over a year ago. A couple of weeks ago, I noticed that one of our gates is not closing and about to fall off. I then called multiple times and texted the owner several times to come look at it and get it fixed for us. No answer over the course of a week and a half. I can not leave a voicemail so I haven't been able to get ahold of them to come look at it. This is very frustrating because we were hoping they would come fix it for us. I had to call another company to get it fixed enough so the gate would not open anymore. I would not recommend this company because they only seem to respond when they are making money installing a fence but will not come back to replace a part that needs fixed. Not a good company at all.

Walked the fence line, got a quote, halfway through the job I was told they were unable to finish unless I paid them to build a retaining wall… I declined. Job was not finished, multiple no call no shows. I paid for materials that have yet to be delivered (we’re a month out). Unprofessional experience… extremely disappointed.

I do feel they were very reasonably priced and great to initially work with. They did a nice job putting my fence back together. But during the staining process, they ruined the fence, stained my siding, stained my kid's bicycles, stained everything around the fence, And yet to come back and clean it off. Also, they were going to help pay to have the fence fixed and I’m still waiting for that. I have tried multiple times to contact them with no response.
