I couldn’t be happier with the work Elevated Stoneworkz did on the stone panel in my living room. The craftsmanship is absolutely outstanding, and the finished result completely transformed the space. The stone installation looks modern, elegant, and perfectly aligned with the built-in shelves and fireplace. Their attention to detail is impressive. The cuts, alignment, and overall finish are flawless. The team was professional, punctual, and very respectful of my home throughout the entire process. Extremely disappointed with Elevated Stoneworkz. The porcelain slab installation quality is unacceptable, especially for what was supposed to be a professional, premium job. There are visible gaps at seams, uneven joints, sloppy caulking, misaligned edges, and poor finishing in multiple areas. Corners don’t meet cleanly, transitions are rough, and there are obvious imperfections that should never be left in a completed install. He also installed my shower shelves in the wrong location, despite clear instructions on placement, and refused to correct that mistake. I brought these issues to Beau (the owner), and he refused to fix the problems or offer any refund. Instead of standing behind his work, he dismissed the concerns entirely, and ghosted me. We had a very good experience with Elevated Stone works. They have seriously good and high end fabrication equipment and we had good communication with Caleb (front office). They were super timely in completing our vanity countertop. Installation crew was very good and did a clean job. Overall my wife and I were impressed with whole process end-to-end.
