Elevated Windows & Doors

Had them replace the back door to my house and they did a fantastic job. First off they were the only contractor that would even return a call, then the consult was super professional, straight up front with prices, and were able to create multiple options to allow me to pick the best one for my application. Install was super quick, the crew was in and out in 3 hours. The install was clean, quiet, and looks great. 10/10 would use Elevated again.

2/13/2026 UPDATE: I had a 4 panel sliding glass door installed in the place of a bank of three windows. Installation was smooth, door is beautiful! What a difference! First two pictures are the original windows, second two pictures are of the completed installation. Highly recommend them! PRIOR: Jace came out to do the initial consultation for the installation of a four panel sliding glass door to replace existing windows, and spent over an hour and a half explaining the process, measuring and ensuring the job was feasible. He explained the entire process to me, had a sample of the quality of the door to be installed. Very excited to begin the process!

Met Jace and Ian at the Twin Falls Home and Garden show and easily scheduled time for an estimate. What I got was a full consultation of what would fit what I’m looking for and a detailed explanation (with models) on how their products are made and all their features. I’ve got a lot of work to do and a pretty strict budget, but Jace was willing to sit were me and go through multiple scenarios and quotes (for over an hour!) until we figured out a plan that would work. I’m especially excited about the security features on their sliding glass doors- will update post-install!

Update from my wife Sheryl’s review. This company installed 5 windows, all of the windows have large gaps that have no weather stripping. Contacted the company several times, NO RESPONSE. Contacted the sales person Jace, he came right out and concurred there was a problem. Said they would be out in a couple days to install the missing weather stripping. 2 days later called and said they were out and would have to order. Here we are a month later, we keep asking, they keep ignoring. I don’t recommend this company, very unhappy, doing the weather stripping myself now. Awful customer service! Giving them one star since zero wasn’t an option.
