This seems to be a theme at this lot. I paid for my parking, the kiosk validated my parking and printed me a ticket, then a week later I received a parking ticket for $92. The charge did not show on my bank statement and of course I did not keep my parking slip after leaving for the night. I disputed the claim and they told me they need a bank statement or receipt to approve the dispute, even though they have cameras in the lot that could show me going to the kiosk to pay and receiving a printed ticket. I would advise against parking here.

Sunday October 26th, 2025. We parked there and your parking lot attendant, Joe, said the system was down. He said we could pay him. We paid 20$ cash to park. Now we have a ticket in the mail for 92$!!! All charges to anyone else who received these tickets because of your system need to he dropped. I also see other reviews of you scamming people. I smell a lawsuit coming very soon.

Do yourself a favor! Don't park here. Their kiosk was faulty. I thought I paid for parking during an event, and it cost me $40 to park there. Then, two weeks later, I got a non-compliance notice that I didn't pay for the parking. They were charging me $87! I was able to “settle” for $67. Still, it's not a good deal. Stay away from this parking lot. There are other safer and better options around it.

DO NOT PARK HERE!!! We also attempted to park here back in August. It showed $0 on the parking meter after we put in our credit card, then while attempting to print a receipt it stated it was out of paper. The charge was pending in our account, but then several weeks later we get an $87 bill saying we failed to pay. The charge is no longer on our statement and they are refusing to honor the original amount and charging us over double what the original charge is!

DO NOT PARK HERE. we parked here for $20 for the whole night and the register said it was out of paper so we didn’t get a receipt and then six months later we receive a charge for almost over $100 trying to tell us that we still need to pay for our parking even though we already did. The only way to dispute this is by showing them a receipt.
