I highly recommend reaching out to them if you ever need any future work, as their pricing is truly a breath of fresh air after getting astronomical quotes in the past from other places. He ran into some things we weren't expecting, so I mentally prepped for a high price, but he came lower than what I worried I would be billed. It was TENS OF THOUSANDS LOWER than Arnold and Sons. Kyle came out the same day I called and had all crew & equipment at my house the next morning, bright and early. They will be who I use in the future and who I recommend through word of mouth. Elevate was recommended to me because they have the training and licensing to do some advanced work that my regular septic company could not do. Kyle, the owner, is terrific. He is incredibly knowledgeable, and as friendly as they come. It felt like we were old friends. He took the time to explain very clearly what we were dealing with. And oddly for a business, he was not afraid to tell me if he could do something, but it probably wasn't really needed. Great guy and company.

today, thursday 5/9/2024 i called kyle this morning about a septic field problem and he was here this afternoon. kyle was very knowledgeable about the septic system and the field system. kyle took a lot of time explaining what the possible problems could be and spoke about different ways to resolve the problem. the possible problem could be the septic field. kyle didn't say well you need a new septic field and i'll do it. kyle was very honest about the problem and he considered several options that could be the least expensive way to resolve the issue. kyle was genuinely interested in helping me. some of the things kyle was explaining was beyond my comprehension. kyle said he worked with a septic company that could place a camera in the septic pipes and he would call them to explain my si
