This company needs to be investigated for corruption and failure to provide competent and professional service. We purchased our house in October 2025 and our backyard is barely usable due to flooding caused by improper grading and soil preparation. The sod was laid directly on clay without the addition of any top soil. Numerous visits by Don (the owner) and his incompetent & condescendingly arrogant side kick Brian from Lennar have failed to provide a resolution. Each time as they stand in water over their shoes, they claim there is nothing wrong with the grading in our backyard!

This company and management lies nonstop. Our yard is a mess constantly flooded and muddy. They promised to fix then stopped all communication. This company should not be in bussiness. I will be happy to update this review if they ever do the right thing

Terrible sod install and they will not correct any issues. Shrubs and trees not buried level to the gorund and lumpy yard with many dead patches.

If you want your sod put down on clay so compacted that an aerator bounces off it then these are your guys. If you like being told that drainage issues aren't because they don't grade the home to code and instead you installed a metal fence or changed a flower bed and it's your fault, then these are your guys. If you like trying to dig a hole to install flowers only to find that you have to dig up concrete, rocks, plywood, or boards, well, then these are your guys. This company, especially in regards to me construction with Lennar and Don at the reigns, is one of the laziest companies I've ever seen. No respect for the homeowner. No pride or integrity in their work. Say they clear out the area before they sod, yet I have pictures as they're sodding my yard with debris still there.

This company does deplorable work. I would give zero stars if I could. Our new home builder hired them and it’s a complete botched job. We have sod thrown right on clay, construction debris, ungraded grounds, dead plants and scorched sod installed. Attempts to resolve yield in worse results than the original issue.
