WORST painting job ever. I do not recommend this company. Beware unless you enjoy hiring incompetent contractors and unprofessional staffing including their management team and wasting your money with a sloppy job. We wouldn’t recommend them to our worst enemy.

Our 24 unit condo association has been working with the company to resolve some discrepancies we had with the bid on our job. We have met with the Elias Brothers and have been very pleased with their cooperation. The work that was done was nothing but the best of quality work!

If I could give negative stars I would. This painting contractor and it's staff are extremely unprofessional and have very poor work quality in my opinion. They were contracted to paint just the exterior of our condominiums. At first it seemed as if they were just going about their business and doing just that. They placed notices around the complex with dates of service prior to Hurricanes Helene and Milton. On these notices there were zero time-frames throughout the days, just dates. Of course due to weather and apparently other delays, the dates kept changing for various phases of the project so the notices kept changing with the changing dates. The company does a great job with the overall painting of buildings but sometimes the end don’t justify the means. Front yard plants damage: Be cautious as a lot of your items outside are not correctly, covered and protected from them nor do they care to respect my time when they are doing these projects when asked to reschedule. I had to pay for a few items out of my pocket through no fault of my own and my plants were painted and stepped on without any consideration. Security cameras damage: I had to redo all of my security cameras and has come out of my pocket for a job that did not even need to be done and I wish some sort of reimbursement would take place to offset.
