My family has used Eli and his team for for over a decade and a half for our plumbing needs. And this time was no different. Our water heater quit on us Saturday night. Saturday night!!! I couldn’t get the pilot light to stay on. And was reminded that we had that water heater installed back in 2009. So it has more than held up for the last 16yrs. We called Eli and his team and they took a look at and told us, what I already knew. They gave us a very reasonable price for a new unit plus installation. We called this company to fix a leaking faucet. They couldn’t come immediately, which was perfectly fine. They eventually came out to inspect it, and normally you would expect a simple on-the-spot quote or repair. Instead, we were told they needed to “prepare a quote.” Slow, but okay — we waited. The next day, we still hadn’t received anything. No quote, no update, no communication. We called back, and were told again that they were “working on it.” Hours passed, still nothing. When we called a third time, the person who answered said, “Our plumber is in the field, we’re waiting for him to return so we can prepare the quote.” I asked if they could give a ballpark price over the phone and to provide a timeline as we needed this fixed.
