Our downstairs toilet overflowed and the dirty water ran into the living room and both bathrooms. The crew showed up in full protective gear, blocked off the messy areas, pulled out the soaked carpet and padding, and took off some baseboards and lower drywall where it was contaminated. They disinfected everything and set big fans/dehumidifiers, then came back each day to check how it was drying. It took a few days and lots of photos for the insurance, but it was handled safely and professionally from start to finish.

Came home to a laundry room turned wading pool after the washer overflowed. I googled emergency water damage cleanup and called Elish—they were at my door in under an hour. They squeegeed and extracted fast, set dehumidifiers and fans to save the hardwood from cupping, and took moisture readings until it was actually dry.
