Ryan was awesome. He came out to our house to look at our system because we believed the heat wasn’t working (turns out our Florida AC unit feels just as we do about the cold) and went through the entire system to ensure nothing was wrong. He explained everything so incredibly clear to my husband and walked him through exactly how everything worked. He was very personable and we learned a lot. Very grateful he educated us and nothing serious was wrong.

He was very professional, and he explained everything to me while completing the maintenance. Ryan Burlinghaus and Elite AC were a pleasure to deal with. Scheduling with the office was easy and even amidst the high demand during the Florida freeze they had availability for me the same day. Ryan was a gentleman and professional through and through. I felt comfortable that Ryan knew what he was talking about and he solved my issue with my air handler.
