If I could give these people zero stars I would. I called them to come look at my oven on November 28th. They were supposed to come the 29th but called right before they were supposed to be here and said they couldn’t make it and rescheduled until the first of December. They came said I needed a control board and ordered it. It took a week to come in just to find out they ordered the wrong part. They reordered and told me it would be 3/5 days. After calling and call in and calling to try and find out where my part was they told me “the package is missing” they could reorder but won’t be in until after Christmas. I NEED my oven for Christmas. The communication between these people was non existent. Waited a month for nothing with no urgency from these people and was charged a ‘non refundabl

I called this company for a refrigerator repair and I fully recommend them. The repair man is named Edgar and he was prompt (actually early but it worked out well), courteous, professional and fixed my fridge within 2 hours... and on a Sunday as well! The cost was very reasonable. If you need an appliance fixed, even on a Sunday, please call this company, they are legit.

Came out to look at two dryers and tried to charge 400 for one that needed new fuzes and a vent and the other needed a part he wanted to charge me 500 can buy new dryers for that price, I’m in the wrong Business. Easiest $150 that guy ever made in 10min

The technician promptly identified the issue with my refrigerator after arriving on schedule. Within an hour, he had the parts on hand and it was operating. Extremely effective and amiable

I had a terrible experience with these guys. I paid them for a service visit, Carlos subsequently told me they ordered the part for my stove and it was fixable and then he disappeared (after he cashed my cheque). I called 3 times and left messages - just so I could find out an update and the company refused to call me back. Shady....
