I called & spoke with Eric concerning a very old washer/dryer combo that has been very broken for a long time. He listened, looked up some parts & costs, and then declined the job. His reason? Because I'd be absolutely sinking a lot of money into an ongoing & expensive problem. I respect the integrity & honesty of a small business owner declining an expensive job to protect the customer. We need more like him!
