Elite Appliance Service came through on a busy visit — dishwasher, washing machine, and freezer all needed attention and they handled everything professionally in one trip. The technician was knowledgeable, diagnosed each issue quickly, and explained what was wrong in plain language without being condescending. All three appliances have been working great since. Only minor complaint is the scheduling window was a bit wide and required some waiting around. Overall a reliable service I'd call again without hesitation.

Elite Appliance repair are top notch repair technicians. They show up on time, assess the issue and get it done. We have use them several times for various appliances over the years BUT never the same applicance twice. They are the best!

Had them repair our dryer. Turned out to be a simple fix with the drum spool but now I know. Lol. Tech was very friendly. Unfortunately I can’t remember his name. Appliance repair isn’t cheap but when your refrigerator cost $2500-$3000 a couple hundred to fix an issue is well worth the cost. Thanks and I will call again if needed.

I contacted Elite to repair a 13 year old Kenmore Elite LG refrigerator. They came out the very same day, quickly diagnosed the issue and even had the part (compressor) in the truck. They had it up and running in an hour. Very professional and nice people to work with - would definitely recommend!

Elite Appliance is great! After struggling with other appliance companies - Elite was able to help and was very responsive and able to accommodate my schedule. They arrived on time, were very knowledgable with my refrigerator and able to fix the issue on the spot. I referred them to a friend who had a lingering issue with their old dishwasher and they were able to help them as well with great service. Their price is competative but they offer excellent value and stand by their work and offered to come back if there is a further issue. It was super easy to get a hold of them and schedule, too.
