Expectation was above and beyond. Let’s start from the beginning. Steve, who is the owner of the contractor for the company showed up to give us a FREE ESTIMATE. My husband and I explained to him what we want, what we are looking for and how much we are willing to spend on the project. Our project is for a dormer on both sides of the house because we live in a cape cod property. Let’s just say, my husband is one of those men that does not trust any contractors coming in the house or even hiring them. Steve went ahead and explained to us there is a separate fee for architect/floor plan drawing and he won’t know the exact fee for the planning but he did give us a price range of it. Elite was very professional & reliable. They turned our old existing deck into a beautiful new deck. They are extremely responsible and work hard & very family oriented. I recommend them very much. I trust them so much Im using them for future projects in my home!

Had our gazebo modeled personally built by owner Steven, very big job! Gave us a lot of good design ideas we would have never thought of. Very knowledgeable and treated it as if it was his home! Highly recommend!
