Austin was great. Very professional and worked hard to insure that the carpet was clean, stains gone, and we were happy. Made suggestions on how to maintain. Price was in line with and/or better than most services around. (Although they all were high). Will definitely use again.

Buckeye and Ethan did a fantastic job. We had our carpet cleaned end of October by other carpet company. I wish I had used Elite because the way this carpet smells and looks now is amazing! Sign me up as a repeat customer

I had an apartment I was moving out of cleaned by Elite Carpet and they are the best. Austin was very nice and did a great job with the carpet. This is the second time I have had the pleasure of working with Elite Carpet and will continue to do so in the future. They are truely a customer service company. Austin and David were awesome! Very professional, polite,and precise! They were delayed on I64w for over an hour,but still came with great attitudes! I kept apologizing that they were here after hours,but the were very upbeat! I appreciate the hard work that they put in! Will definitely 💯 hire again!
