Elite Carpet & Tile installed the most beautiful floors in my Pilates Studio. It was a little bit of a complicated installation because we were located upstairs and we were not able to take the equipment out of the space so we had to play tetris with everything but the workers were noting but professional and amazing! They worked fast and efficient. Communication with the owner, Alex was prompt and clear. He would even intermittently check in throughout the day to see how things were going. I really appreciated that from him. I had sought out a few bids for this job but Alex at Elite was the most fair and the most communicative. The others either way over quoted or went MIA. I highly recommend Elite Carpet & Tile for your flooring needs.

Third time was NOT a charm.. Sadly we bought carpet from Alex at Elite carpet and the installation is going HORRIBLY!! One guy got dropped off? The second has yet to return 3.5 hours later. Carpet is apparently in the truck? Being given the runaround and sadly it all reflects on Alex with Elite carpet. I called spoke with Alex who gave me the same excuse sorry I’ll call the guys. Sadly Elite carpet is definitely not ELite…. They are now the last place I’d use or recommend….Pic shows where the carpet is missing and apparently in the truck with the guy who is now MIA???👀…
