A 5 Star review is well deserved by Elite Chimney of NJ. I had an issue with my wood burning fireplace that existed for years, two other chimney companies came and never identified the problem. Flori came by, identified the problem and his team solved the problem within two days. We have white rugs, they were very clean, neat and meticulous. We also have a gas fireplace that we did not use for two years, another company came to look at that as well, but to no avail. Flori repaired it the same day and added a remote control, which we did not have. Flori and his team are excellent, very professional and good people. I highly recommend their service. The pricing of his service was also reasonable.

This was the best chimney sweep we’ve ever hired! They cleaned the entire flue quickly and effectively, leaving no soot or mess behind. They also removed a thick layer of creosote that had built up over the years. The technician completed a full chimney inspection, identified some minor wear in the chimney liner, and ensured our fireplace was safe. The draft has improved drastically, and they even cleaned out the smoke chamber. I appreciated the care they took with our masonry, pointing out early signs of wear. Flori from Ellie Chimney was the only one who actually cared enough to personally inspect the flu then gave us more affordable options that would allow us to make the chimney safer without breaking the bank. The crew that worked on the job were on time, professional and courteous. They took before/after pictures to show what was done and left the area cleaner than they found it. They did a great job and I wouldn't consider working with another chimney service.

Called these pros for a chimney inspection, and I’m so glad I did. They found a cracked chimney liner, lots of creosote buildup, and a damaged chimney cap. Their chimney sweep was very detailed and explained the whole chimney cleaning and chimney repair process to me. They also cleared the flue, which had some bird nests in it! The fireplace is back in working order and draws perfectly now. Very happy with the level of service and honesty.
