Elite carpet cleaning was extremely professional. I had stains on my rug and they removed them. I have used other rug services before but I believe this is the cleanest I have seen my rug. I've not seen a harder rug cleaning service. Explained how the carpet cleaning and the machine works. I would definitely use them again.

I HIGHLY recommend this company. Did an excellent job cleaning the carpets and and tile/grout in bathrooms and kitchen. I don't normally give 5* but in this case it is warranted. Scott and his assistant are very personable and professional. He also gave me advice about a question I had about my AC and also recommended someone in that field. Totally, totally satisfied.
