We’re not trying to attack anyone personally — but seriously, who does this to another family? We saved for years to get this concrete work done. Now our kids swim in a pool with concrete coating floating around them, sticking to their floaties and feet. It’s in the filter. It’s on the dogs. It washes into our planters every time it rains. I was very impressed with the final product. It looked terrific and was exactly as advertised. After viewing it for a few minutes I realized that many of the flakes, which was a byproduct of the garage floor finish being added by Elite Concrete Coatings, had blown onto my garage stairs. It would've taken me approximately 30 minutes to clean up. After the job was completed, Jesse from the company called me to check on the final results. I commented about how beautiful the floor turned out but was disappointed about the mess left on the stairs. She immediately apologized and told me that it would be corrected. I have thought about the words I would use to describe the finished product for days now. I don't want to say "hate", "abysmal", or any profanity, so I will say that I am extremely disappointed in the flooring I got. I spent over $4k for a black glossy scratch resistant floor for my business. I got a very grainy textured floor that is already showing wear after moving a table and cabinet over it. The thing that baffles me is that even if I did want a textured floor, its not consistent in the final product. I have about 4 sqft of a smooth baby's bum, and 6 feet away its 10sqft of Ray Liotta's face. I used a dry swifer cloth mop to clean up the dust 2 days after the floor was finished, and the grit is so is coarse it rips fibers from the mop. Five guys showed up to do the job, only one worke

I had one of the workers come out and do three concrete samples for my backyard patio. He was very professional, outgoing, and was very reassuring on the color! I was very happy and excited to have them come next week to do all of it.
