⭐️ 1 Star – Do NOT Hire This Company We hired Elite Construction under a signed contract to remodel our kitchen and bathroom. We agreed on a price and timeline, and work began in August 2025. They completely demolished our kitchen and then abandoned the project, leaving us without a functioning kitchen. Since then, we have repeatedly emailed and texted the owner, Giovanni Machin, with no response and no work resumed. It is now January 2026, months later, and we still have no answers, no progress, and no accountability. Being left without a kitchen for this long is unacceptable and incredibly stressful. This has been an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. Do not hire them. Do not even call them.

Disorganized and non communicative. I do not recommend Elite Contracting. Their communication is horrible. There were days when they didn’t even show up. They were extremely disorganized and they are very difficult to get ahold of. I had 2 different project managers. The first one abandoned the job after 2 days and the replacement Project Manager never stepped foot in my house once during the project. When they finally did the final walk through, they had a different Project Manager (number 3!) complete the task. There is a small repair that they never completed and I have sent numerous communications asking for an update. They never respond but I did receive 2 phone calls, multiple text message and 2 emails the day they were ready for final payment. I do not recommend them. They di

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We used them to remodel 2 bathrooms and they did not pay their subcontractor. The sub tried to put a lien on our house even though we payed this scam of a company (Elite Contractor Group) in full. They have other reviews saying the same thing. They finished the job in December and have now disappeared via phone and email. On a previous post a sub claimed to not get paid, they replied and said that the guy had the wrong company, I should have listened to that review. I have invoices to prove this is the right company. Consider yourself warned!!!

Elite Contractors Group should not be in business. They contracted my company to do work for some of the clients properties and my company completed 100% of work between February and May 2025 and to date we cannot get paid for our services provided. My company is the not the only company that Elite Contractors owe. I have emailed both Giovanni Machin (owner) and Wesley Shortt (owner) and they have stop responding to my emails. They own my company over $6000 and we need our money because we supplied both labor and materials out of our pocket. I would not recommend them at all. Shady company….

Contractor-to-contractor warning: We completed contracted work for Elite Contractor Group in Longwood and, despite multiple follow-ups, have not been paid. Communication dropped off when payment became due and the agreement was not honored from our experience. This resulted in a significant financial loss for our business. We would not recommend doing business with this company. Contractors should use strict payment protections before accepting any job with them.
