Brent Mason CEO of Elite Excavation, is a very hard working young man. I had him do a wonderful grading job in my yard where he brought in nice top soil and did a wonderful seeding job. Yards never looked better, thank you Brent. Ps even gave me Elite merch after the job was done

He took the initial grading that we had that drained perfectly well and made it so that we now receive puddles in our yard. This was a new construction house and yard where we were looking for new grass. He did not bring in topsoil but instead brought in fill dirt full of very large rocks, sticks, debris, roots, and logs. When we insisted that he could not plant grass in this fill dirt he argued and said I'm out of here just give me my payment. We were able to work out a small agreement where he did indeed bring in approximately 1 to 2 in of topsoil which we had to pay extra for. His excuse was that is not what I gave you a price for. Who gives an estimate without including topsoil when planting new grass? He then proceeded to seed our yard by throwing seed by hand instead of evenly spread

Brent and Elite Excavation have proven to be dependable and provide a very competitive service. I needed some grading done on the edges of my property and it was done very well. Highly recommend.
