I'd give them zero stars. They don't honor their agreements. Also, for additional transparency, one of the reviews on here is from the office manager. Around 1.23.2019 I enter into an agreement with Elite Exterminating to fumigate a detached garage on my rental property. I received the estimate for the services which came to $2,002.63. This included a discount of $432 that was to be good through 2.15.2019. When I accepted the proposal Elite informed me that scheduling was based on weather conditions. Because of the conditions Elite could not provide a definitive date. Elite did provide that if the date fell after 2.15.2019 they would honor the

I was very disappointed with their service. They seem to only want to nickel and dime you for everything. When they were here they didn't check the attic and when I addressed it with them, they said it would be $85 just to come look at it. Rather than ask me when they were here, they just didn't check.
