Elite Flooring

We called several times to fix our flooring and was told it was a "floating floor" and refused to fix the issue. We had an inspector come out and stare it was due to poor install. When I contacted Elite (should be called Subpar) Flooring, I was ignored and they refused to fix their substandard workmanship. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY or choose a builder that uses them. There is a reason why there is only a 3.1 rating and more 1 ratings than 5

Terrible workmanship and they don't stand behind their work! Over the last year, the engineered wood floors between our kitchen island and kitchen sink have started to show defects consistent with moisture exposure despite not being exposed to surface moisture. On some of the engineered wood boards, they are showing signs of delamination, some are showing ridges, and others are bubbling and cracking. I removed one of the wood boards and observed a small crack in the concrete foundation running in the direction of the damaged floorboards, allowing moisture to penetrate from below the foundation. I also observed that very little glue was used to secure the engineered wood boards creating gaps in some areas where I observed no glue between the foundation and engineered wood, lacking a moist

I have been working with Elite Floors for 1 year now at Highland Walk and I have had such a positive experience with the entire team. Brian Clark, our sales rep, is a pleasure to work with and he has always been available to help us coordinate repairs to sub floors and assist with administrative requests by connecting me to the right people. Brian is very friendly and kind and I couldn’t be happier to have him as our rep. Our team really enjoys working with him and seeing him when he drops in to check up on us. The customer service team is always friendly and professional on the phone, especially when I am not organized. The installers do a wonderful job at installing carpet and vinyl and we have not had to ask them to go back in to correct anything at all. That is such a relief!!

Elite Flooring has been a vendor partner for floor repairs and installation for Highland Walk and we feel they are deserving of a review that reflects the positive experience we have had with them for MANY years. The management team receives nothing but friendliness and professionalism from the customer service team when placing orders. The installers are always on time and complete the installs in a quick and efficient manner. Brian Clark, the sales representative, is always available/responsive, professional, and kind. Brian has been a great person to work with and we wouldn't want to work with anyone else. If you builder has contract with elite flooring dont buy the house it self. Because for sure builder is cheap. Our community flooring is done by these people. My floor is installed very very cheap, uneven, crackling sounds , steps with marks we requested builder to fix it and still elit team cannot fix it. Our floor is messed up . We already planning our next flooring installation in 5 years. Just waiting for 5 years atleast want to use them .
