The team at Elite Flooring of Alachua did a wonderful job replacing the vinyl plank floor in my house. The estimate they gave me was competitive and was exactly what I was charged at the end. The install crew arrived when planned and they worked their tails off the entire time. They were polite and professional throughout the day and they showed off their expert craftsmanship that made the final product look terrific. I was super satisfied with the entire process and would highly recommend them for your flooring needs. In fact, I am hiring them again to do some tile work in my kitchen and I’m confident that it will look just as great at the end.

I had this company do various flooring jobs for me. I would rate them average on their work, but poor for follow up. I left multiple messages, but no one returned my calls. Finally after I stopped by their shop, they sent people to look at my problem, but never followed up, even after I tried calling them again. I just hired another company to repair their bad work. (Tile not put down properly. New company had to remove lvt and ceramic tile, and reinstall).

I would highly recommend. They did a great job with tiling my shower and bathroom floors. They were all very responsive and addressed any questions I had. I am a bit of a perfectionist too. Their pricing was reasonable and I never felt taken advantage of. My kids watched them work and they were sweet and engaging even when they were distracting them and getting in their way. Due to a simple miscommunication, they installed baseboards that were meant for another room. Without me asking, they purchased replacement baseboards.

Just had Robert and his crew install new wood flooring in our house and we could not be happier. They showed up when they said they would, worked tirelessly and did great job! The name says it all, they are elite!
