Elite Fuel Service

I would like to say Elite Fuel is a great company! My furnace went out last night and they were at my house within one hour of my call! Sheila was so nice and helpful on the phone and the tech Connor who came out was polite and told me exactly what was going on and heat on back in one hour. I've been getting my oil from them for many years.

The "A" team of Elite Fuel Service can't be topped. I'm referring to my experience of a new installation of my home heater and the addition of a new central AC unit. Removal of a 77 year old converted coal to oil furnace and all the related work involved were expedited by an amazingly adept team. I was impressed from the creation of the design to the completion of the job. Confidence in these young experts grew throughout every step of the way. I feel so fortunate to have met Jeremy, Clay, and Connor, and I applaud their experienced decision making and efficient execution of the project. I guess I'm trying to convey that I've have mechanical experience, and from that point of view, I wish to compliment these young technicians who embrace old school values with youthful ambition. We recently switched our services for propane and oil to Elite Fuel Services. They installed a new large propane tank and moved it away from the side of our home. The gentleman who installed the new tank was very professional and new exactly what to do. We have been extremely pleased so far with the service and were just blown away by how well kept the vehicles are. I am excited to work with them on the oil end of it as well. I will definitely refer them when anyone asks who we are using. Very professional service.

In November 2023, we contacted Elite Fuel Service about replacing our very old oil burner. Jeremy came to our home and looked over our situation. He gave us a very detailed review of our current system and gave us several options to deal with our heating system. We chose to replace the entire oil burning furnace with a new gas system. During the installation, we had several technicians working here. Everyone was professional and friendly to talk to. The installation went exactly as planned. After the new gas furnace was fired up, Jeremy stopped by to make a few adjustments to suit our personal preferences. He called several times to make sure everything was to our liking. I wish I could rate Elite Fuel Service 10 stars. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly, knowledgeable & profession

Elite is a role model for customer service and teamwork! This company goes above and beyond to help, and everyone is also kind and understanding---even with a customer who is frantic because she needed oil before the big storm and wasn't paying attention to her tank level!
