Will the technician did an outstanding job installing my new garage door springs and opener. He completed the work in a timely manner, was very respectful throughout the process, and was completely honest and transparent about everything he was doing. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and the results show it. If I could give him more than five stars, I absolutely would. Highly recommend!

Our garage system broke down this morning; we couldnt even open the garage door manually. I called almost every 24 hour emergency garage service, Elite Garage was the only one that answered. They sent John. He displayed exemplary customer service, was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable and skilled in his profession. Thank you all so much for your great service. Will did a great job. Presented all of the options - showed the evidence to support the choices I was making. Didn’t pressure me to make a decision or try and upsell me for things I didn’t need. He was prompt, polite and prepared with everything he needed to get the job done.
