We have a corner shower, and none of the bath remodel stores would deal with it, so we found Elite Glass. They tore out the old, and installed new walls, plus replaced a double length mirror that was chipping at the bottom as well. Quick response and a quality job, which sometimes is hard to find in Vegas. The service guys paid attention to detail, and it came out better than I had hoped. Thanks again for the quality job.

We had a very disappointing experience with Elite Glass and Mirror Inc. We scheduled an appointment two weeks ago for today, and they never showed up or called to let us know. When we tried to follow up, both Jasmine and Reina were extremely disrespectful to my husband and me over the phone. Their tone and attitude were completely unprofessional, and there was no accountability for missing the appointment. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority for this company. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want to be treated with basic respect and reliability.

Amazing customer service from start to finish! The team was fast, efficient, and truly professional. I had stained glass installed and absolutely loved how it turned out—beautiful craftsmanship that really stood out. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We recently remodeled our master bathroom with frameless glass on our shower enclosure and beautiful beveled mirrors that were mounted with a floating system that holds the mirror off the wall. Both are excellent and done to our satisfaction. Elite Glass and Mirror was wonderful to work with at every level. The ladies in the front office are knowledgeable, the gentleman that measured the glass was excellent and got the glass exact, and kudos to the installers.
