My pier & beam home was built in 1935. We discovered a leak at the kitchen sink drain in the exterior wall. It leaked for years until the floor sank down. This caused years of water damage to occurr without my wife and I knowing about it. Floor tiles had to be removed without damage. Four (4) floor joise had to be removed and replaced. The exterior wall at the base had to be rebuilt along with the bottom plate. My Home Depot cabinets..3 of then were ruined. Particle board just crumbled...it was a mess. Lucky for me I called Emanuel with Elite Handyman Service & Remodeling. His Top Knotch employees Angel, Ricardo and Juan showed up and flat out got after it for five days.
