I called this company to come out and service 2 heaters. They came and within 5 minutes they told me I needed new units don’t even try to fix the units or see what was wrong. I requested a quote for the replacement units and they gave me a quote for units 3x as powerful as I needed and never gave a quote for the size I requested. I had to get another company out and they were able to fix the one unit with no issues took them 30 min. The second unit did need to be replaced and they replaced it with a correct sized unit. Elite came out and didn’t even try to fix anything and purposefully gave quote for units I didn’t need and now are harassing me with a bill for almost 400$ for doing nothing. Dont trust this company they are just scamming people!!

The sales representative was punctual and courteous with a lot of incite as to the pros and cons of different systems and he let you choose the bells and whistles that you want ed On the date of install, which was quick. A team executed the removal of the old system and installed the new system within a day. If you had any questions or concerns about the system or thermostat ;they explained everything to you. Thanks Well done❤️
