To all Veterans in particular I am writing this, because all Veterans should without hesitation use their services. They do honor Veterans with discounts and payment options. They do provide expert service and there is no b.s. involved period. They took my old mismatched unit, that any other place, no joke, would say, this got to go, then sell me a new unit. Instead, they understood I am a disabled veteran on fixed income and did outstanding service for me and my family and I am deeply grateful.

Jeff and team are always so educational and quick. They’ve always done reliable and AFFORDABLE work for us in a new (to us) home with some older HVAC. They’ve provided a tune up, a new thermostats & Jeff went above and beyond with a gas fireplace we hoped to get working and taught us how to use & maintenance it. 😊

I recently requested Elite schedule us for an inspection of our furnace. John was able to schedule us for the following week, much sooner than I expected. The day before our scheduled appointment, Elite called to confirm the appointment and told us the Tech would call when he was in route. The next morning, we received a call from Sam who let us know they’d be here between 8:30 AM - 9:00 AM. He arrived promptly. Sam introduced himself and was a professional with a great personality. I showed him my furnace and he began discussing the make of the furnace to me briefly. I left him alone to do his inspection after advising him that we had no specific concerns other than the filter. Elite installed a new hot water heater for us on short notice. They were able to work us in the next day. The old unit was removed from my property. The new unit was plumbed , wired and the technicians were able to educate me on the prpoer care and routine maintenance of the new water heater. The time to complete took less than a couple of hours and they left my utility room area cleaner than they found it. I was very pleased and we had hot water in 2hrs. Their labor pricing is reasonable and they double checked that my new unit was functioning properly before they left. Thank you Steve for sending a great crew out to help us.

I highly recommend Elite Heating & Cooling. Our furnace stopped making heat, and they were able to come out the next day. The technician was very professional and friendly. He took time to explain what he was doing, what the issue was, and the needed repair. He was able to solve the problem in less than 30 minutes, and made sure everything was working correctly. I will definitely be using Elite in the future.
