The pest man Justin advised me after he was done with monthly service that I shorted him $10.00 last month. Why did I not hear about this at the time I paid last month before this month? I know I always put $40.00 out for him when he comes. I went out to him after he was done with a $20 and asked for $10 change from the cash I had just given him. He refused the money I offered him and said it would go on the next month. Since the company he works for took over with new desk person, things have not been the same after using this company for 2 years. The new desk person was messing up with scheduling our monthly service. The level of service has not been very good lately as it seems he is spraying less. I advised Justin since he refused to take the money I offered to pay what he thought

Steve has been taking care of our property for several years and does a great job! He is very thorough and conscientious. Steve always calls a day or two before he is scheduled to service our property and to see if there are any issues that need to be addressed.

Handed off to this company after my guy retired. Expected them today but no show. A call to them indicated that they pushed my day back a week due to Labor Day. No heads up. They don't give a heads up until 48 hours prior which is based on next week's new appointment. I couldn't get the girl to understand that this does me no good. Strike one.

Justin was early for our appointment which I loved. He was so courteous and professional. I would like him to be my new service rep. I have been with Elite for years and with personnel like Justin I will remain loyal. Shout out to Chris in the office. Always very helpful.

I contacted them after feelings like the exterminator contracted through my apartments wasn’t being completely honest or thorough, after Dustin had come (he called me and arrived early) and he was very professional and very informative of his professional opinion regarding the bugs in my home. He also explained to me how to identify different species, where to look, and what they do. He was upfront and honest with me about his findings, and the office ladies were very kind, helpful, and heard me out. They also replied promptly and helped me with any of my concerns and asked for pictures of what I was seeing before even scheduling an inspection I would 10/10 recommend elite pest control to anybody. Home, commercial, etc.
