Elite Pools and Outdoor Living

We had an extremely disappointing experience with Elite Pools and Outdoor Living. I strongly advise against engaging with Justin. His work ethic is lacking, and his demeanor is unprofessional and condescending. He not only performed subpar work but also caused damage to our property and then insisted we cover the costs. Additionally, he made numerous warranty promises that he failed to honor. Overall, this company has proven to be highly unreliable.

Justin at Elite pools and outdoor living provides excellent customer service, communication is amazing and the product and services they provide are of the highest workmanship and quality! If you want to be lounge in you new pool by next year give them a shout!

My wife and I met Justin at the Home and Garden show, Spring of ‘22, he was very helpful and listened to our pool issues and what we wanted. We had already received a bid for the work but wanted a 2nd opinion and I am glad we did. Justin was able to not only match the other bid, but was able to add a stone edge to our pool AND a phone app controlled panel to automate our pool. Justin was hired to re-plaster our 35k gallon pool, cut back existing cool deck, and install a rock frame around. Replace all PVC fittings. The work was done as agreed in the time frame agreed, the work is of very high quality with great attention to detail while keeping my back yard clean when work was not in progress. My husband and I reached out to Justin in 2021 and met him at the home and garden show. We truly believe in supporting local family owned businesses. He did a fantastic job in designing our pool, hot tub and outdoor kitchen. Justin is always willing to answer any questions I have about the pool/spa. He continues to do our pool maintenance and cleaning. We appreciate all he has done for us.

Justin and his team did an excellent job of building our backyard oasis. Highly recommend as he has taken great care of us throughout the build and continued maintenance.
