We had an excellent experience with Elite Radon Mitigation. I originally had a specific location in mind for the system, but Matty and Spencer recommended a better placement—and I’m so glad I trusted their expertise. The installation was incredibly tidy and neat, and they were both professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely nice guys. I truly couldn’t have asked for more. I also want to recognize Ms. Kim in the office. She was very responsive, polite, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. From start to finish, the entire team made the process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Once the appointment was scheduled, they arrived promptly and completed the work very quickly and efficiently. ​I did notice a minor oversight where the manometer and the fan's battery-powered alarm were not initially installed. A quick phone call was all it took—they immediately came back out and installed both components. From the rep that came out to give us an estimate, to the two technicians who came out to install our system, to the rep who came to pick up the post installation monitor and to the office manager, I cannot say enough complimentary things about this company. Everyone was polite, super competent and responsive to all of our calls, questions and inquiries about the service. 5 stars well deserved.

Elite team recently completed an install at my house. The team (Greg and Khalil) was on time, professional, courteous and kept the job site clean during and after the install. They did a super job! We were worried about the “look” of the install on the outside of house, but actually blends in well and does not create an unwanted addition to our external look of the house.
