This company has always been great to work with. Not only are they knowledgeable they are caring. My mom has been without heat for 2 days besides the space heater she has. I called on Monday asking if they could get someone to her since the propane company has not shown up and she called 3 weeks ago, I explained that my mom is blind in one eye, partially blind in the other eye, is very anxious and I was worried about her as the other hvac company had fixed her thermostat to where she couldn’t change it. I asked if they could have the tech call me prior to them getting there so I could let her know as she is very cautious about people coming in. Elite is a very professional, highly skilled company. Elite did a furnace repair for me and did an excellent job. The technician was very dedicated to finding the issue and completing the task. Everything works great and I feel safe. They were quick to respond and charged a fair price.

I don't recommend Elite Refrigeration AT ALL. They have been working on our oil furnace for over a month now putting various parts on to the tune of thousands of dollars. And each time they say it's fixed, the furnace lasts a couple of hours, part of a day, or maybe a couple of days. It's gotten ridiculous! And this is FOR a small business. They know that we have lost multiple days being closed because their fixes haven't worked, and they made it VERY clear they don't care. NO fix has worked, but that's not even the worst of it. While their techs were at least nice and professional acting, most of their office staff are some of the most rude people I've ever spoken to in a business.
