Hired to retile bathroom and install granite countertop. A one to two day job took three weeks. The owner hired subcontractors who didn't show up when they said, would leave and not tell you, and ruined several pieces of tile because they eyeballed measured. The workers created more damage than hired to fix. Ruined expensive granite countertop by miss cutting, broke mirror, broke toilet. Owner said he was coming back to fix, never came back. I believe what they broke was more than the balance owed. Plus, workers took the left over travestine tile I purchased without asking. If you hire, don't give them a dime upfront. Wait until ALL work is done before you give a penny, check every nick and cranny to make sure the work is 100% to your satisfaction and watch them like a hawk while they are
