After contacting them fairly late at night, the owner was over right away the next morning to assess damage and start the process of cleanup. There was excellent communication and follow through. Great customer service experience! I thought my day was ruined when I woke up with water in my basement. Once I called Elite, their responsiveness was impressively timely and Brandon's professionalism as he arrived at my house made my wife and I feel at ease. Brandon assessed the damage in a timely manner, provided us an estimate, and had our basement back to normal in no time. I highly recommend Elite Restoration. We had a recent sump pump failure. My wife was flipping out. I got a hold of Brandon and he made immediate arrangements to come on over. He got his industrial fans and dehumidifiers going right away. Brandon is very personable and a straight shooter. Unlike the big franchise guys, I was comfortable having Brandon in my house even when I wasn't there.
