Exceptional! Zach Miser was in constant contact, explained every option and detail. Our property was treated with the utmost respect and was completely spotless with not 1 nail left on property. They finished the entire roof in two days! I highly recommend and will definitely use them again! I normally don’t give reviews, but Elite Roofing Systems, LLC went above and beyond and professional!

We had new metal standing seam roof put on the bunkhouse at our ranch. Elite Roofing Systems, Mason TX did an outstanding job. Fast, efficient and nothing left behind. We also had a new shingle roof put on our house several years ago and again, excellent work, quickly done, no mess left behind. We will definitely use this company again. Honest and dependable. This company is a joke. Run from them. We hired them to fix a leaky valley in our roof. We requested a seamless valley, and that they install a slope. They agreed to the terms. Said it was easy. Then they installed a valley with seams. Didn't even crimp all the seams down. They did not put in a slope either. The roof leaked immediately afterwards. Actually leaked worse than before. In their contract they have a 5 year warranty against leaks. However, they have not come back to fix. They say they will send a crew on a certain date, and nobody ever shows up. Everything this company has ever said has been a lie. What should have been a simple fix has now turned into us having to sue their company. I rarely leave reviews, however, this is one business that is deserving of one! I met with Zach, who was punctual, personable, and professional. He explained everything clearly and gave me options, as well as educated explanations of each. I had previous estimates from two other companies and Zach saved us over $1500! Everyone was extremely polite and respectful. They were even very understanding that my dogs needed to be let out in the backyard every few hours and took short breaks and also made sure the area was completely free of nails , screws and any materials harmful to my dogs! They finished our roof in just 2 days and made sure everything was clean, and doubled checked for nails and left our property spotless! We can’t imagine using anyone else but Elite Roofing after this experie

My wife and I had a new standing seam metal roof installed on our 50 year old house a couple of months ago in September 2024. We are 200% satisfied and happy with the roof and the professionalism of the crew that installed it. From start to finish, every aspect of the job was completed fully as outlined in the quote. Jimmy kept me informed of when the crew would start and they didn't miss a beat once the job began. I would recommend Elite Roofing Systems, LLC to anyone that askes me-no headaches.
