Elite Sub-Zero & Wolf Repair Service

I was happy to know that there was a good Sub Zero repair shop on the area. The mechanic was punctual, well informed and did an excellent job. They now refrigerate the fridge more than they used to, and they cleaned the coils too without charging up. I will definitely call again.

Call them to fix my refrigerator. Fast to respond and schedule an appointment. However, the technician spent half a day to identify the problem but fail to repair it since he didn't have a replacement part. I understand its out of his control that day so he left without completing the job. He said it will take couple days to order and shipment, and he or the company will reach out back to me to reschedule. Finally asked me to pay for the day of work, which i did reasonably assuming they will hold up their end to come back and complete the job. After 1 whole week, many call to the technician and the company, no respond. The company uses a call center for their appointment and any other inquiry. I used Sub Zero help when my fridge was not cooling. The technician came in time, knew what was wrong within a short period and cherished the needlework with actual components. Now everything works fine. I am glad that they were professional and detailed.

Called for a refrigerator repair. Call responder quickly scheduled a visit for 3 hour time window 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM on the next day. Was told a technician will call me 30 minutes before arrival. Cleared my calendar and planned around this time window. Nobody ever called, texted, emailed, or any form of contact. My time was not respected. I was forced to call them and was told they could not contact the dispatcher or technician. They called back and wanted to reschedule for another 3 hour time window 3:00 - 6:00 PM time window same day. Was impossible for me to change plans to accommodate. Decided to just cancel appointment and try a different company. Received call next day and was offered waived $99 consultation visit. It was too little too late as I have already committed to different

We had a repair scheduled for two appliances. The repair person was a no show on the first day during a three hour window. When we called to confirm their arrival, the service department said that someone would be over later in the day. We called again at the end of the day and the appointment was moved to the next day. The next day, they were still a show no. We called again to confirm and no one ever arrived. The repair person never arrived or called to confirm that they were coming. We wasted two days waiting. Safe to say, the customer service here is beyond repair.
