Can't say enough good things about this company, friendly, first class service, punctual and great communication! They've been out 2 times, one for a TV issue and one for a dishwasher issue. Both are LG products. Both diagnosed and fixed the first time. So hard to come by a company that actually answers the phone, let alone fixes the issue on the first try but they do it. Highly recommend!

Absolutely excellent service, great tech, great price. Had a water pump on a horizontal washing machine fail. Fixed also loose wires/connectors. Great experience!

Patrick, the owner of this firm, was just out today to replace a circulation/pump motor on our LG dishwasher. He affected the repair very quickly and efficiently. On top of that, Patrick is a pleasant person clearly committed to customer service. I would certainly recommend him to others and will use him again should our suite of LG appliances need repair.
