Eliteness Cleaning Maid Service

I book for a deep clean on a Tuesday evening and was told the "cleaners" would be there in Thursday and my reservation time was 10am-12pm. At 10:30am Thursday morning I called because no one was there, I was then told the CLEANERS would be there BETWEEN 10am and 12pm, which is a big difference than implying the would finish during that time. About 11am the ONE CLEANING GIRL SHOWED UP. My condo is 1730sqft and three floors, 3bed/3 bathrooms, 3 Walk in closets.. the young lady arrived, I showed her around. Nothing in my home is extremely dirty but I've had three surgeries in the last year and one roommate was moving out with another one in. Hands down the BEST CLEANING SERVICE!!! I was blown away with how communicative they were even before the day the cleaning was. They worked with me even when I had to switch the location of my service. Once my cleaning lady Felicia arrived, my expectations were far surpassed! She was so kind and efficient! She took great and detailed care of every corner of our place! I cannot wait to work with this company again in the future, they are hands down the BEST IN BUSINESS!!!!

Avoid at all costs. We contracted with this company for a home 'Move out' cleaning service. First issue was that they took full payment one week before the service was even due, even though they told us that payment would not be taken until services were completed and signed off by us. On the day, only one lady arrived when there was supposed to be two, she told us the other cleaner did not show up and she would be on her own. Not her fault at all but she was left with an entire 4 bedroom house to clean all by herself because the company did not send help. When the cleaning was finished we went in to inspect the house, it was closing with the new owners the next day, and the house was not cleaned well at all. Such a great quality cleaning service to utilize. And we love their pricing. We were very impressed and appreciative of their services. It was nice to be able to focus on our move and to not stress about the cleaning check out process with our landlord. I came across this service at random, and to be frank last minute. As soon as I called the representative I spoke with was patient, friendly and thorough. She walked me through all services and helped me navigate all that would be best for me without being pushy! Upon arrival, Shalonda got straight to work!
