James was our first point of face to face contact within 2 hours of our call to the office. He was knowledgeable and efficient in diagnosing our plumbing issue. We felt confident proceeding with the project he recommended. Leo cane with a 2 man crew and arrived at the scheduled time. He explained what they would be doing, the approximate length of time for the job and any potential issues that might arise. They dug the trench in our front yard, removed the section of pipe that was occluded with tree roots & put in a clean out. The whole job took about 4 hours. The owner, Jim, stopped by to check on the progress of the job & introduced himself. An Elk Grove Village inspector came and made sure everything was compliant with the codes. I had a sewer backup and discovered that my sanitary pipe had separated just outside my foundation wall. Armando came out around 5 p.m. on Monday and explained everything clearly, assuring me they could fix it the next morning. True to his word, his team completed the repair within just a couple of hours. We had a stubborn clog in our kitchen sink. We tried ourselves-no success. Called our regular guy-no success. Then EGV sewer sent James out. He tried under sink and from basement. No success but he was very determined. He had an idea to bring a different tool with narrower rod and with chain. Note: our house is 90+ years old and has its own unique piping system. When James came back he worked hard again under sink and after awhile he felt it clear. Yes finally success! James didn’t quit -he thought about different ways to tackle the job.
