Shane and his team at Elk Ridge Exteriors have completed three projects in our home: a rebuilt and expanded deck, a redesigned and more functional enclosed storage area under that deck, and a remodeled interior tile shower/tub. We are still thrilled with how all 3 projects turned out and will partner again for 2 future projects. He and his team deliver meticulous quality and attention to detail, honest and complete quotes, are punctual, communicate consistently, and then they combine this high level of service with their expansive expertise. In addition to the one of the best contractor experiences we’ve ever had, each and every time the team left the job site, it was picked up and tidy. Shane and his company are outstanding! He completed multiple projects on our newly purchased home in Rapid City: a 1980s ranch-style house. He patiently worked with us while we were overseas to accommodate our needs and timeframe despite his busy July schedule. Projects he completed include: 1. Installed LVT flooring throughout basement and upstairs bedrooms and sunroom to replace carpet. 2. Designed and constructed a deck with stairs in the backyard using Trex. 3. Replaced dated ceiling fans with new light fixtures. 4.
