My furnace went out. I called Dustin and he came out at 8pm and trouble shoot the problem and got an answer. He was professional and helpful. Even though he did not have the parts on hand I was able to contact someone who had the right parts. I would call him again.

Dustin was knowledgeable, easy to work with on coordinating a time and fair priced. Would highly recommend as a friendly, local business.

REVIEW FROM A CUSTOMER: I have never worked with a more petty and unprofessional business owner in my life. They installed a dryer vent for me on my rental renovation, I mentioned over text that I was hoping we'd have reviewed doing the job together before he went ahead and did the work, because now my dryer sticks out from the wall a mile and it could've been avoided with a simple review ahead of time. He called me back, and I couldn't take his call at the time, and because of that he called me, his customer, a coward. A grown man and business owner calling another grown man and his customer, a coward. All because he's not capable of having what would have been a simple discussion/ review of options. I wasn't going to even bother with leaving him a review but now I see him in public

Our Air Conditioner quit Friday night about 10:00pm this past wknd. We called Dusty for service, and he was out of town for the wknd. He made a service call on Sunday evening at 6:00.. we now have Air!!! Thanks Soo Much !! It was a rough wknd. Brad & Dawn
