After getting entry ticket all spaces to park were full. Had to wait for someone to pull out to park. No elevator, had to go down 5 flights of stairs to leave and go to hospital. Update: found the elevators on the way back from the hospital along with a breezeway between the 2 buildings.

The parking ramp is great if you are going to be there for a short time however my child was admitted and it is extremely costly for a parent who was not expecting to be there for over 30 days. The city of buffalo owns the ramp so the hospital is not able validate and it is $10 a day. You know what parents of sick children do not need to worry about on top of their child being sick, worrying about a stupid parking for over $300.00. the city of buffalo need to offer some kind of discount for admitted patients to a freaking CHILDRENS HOSPITAL for goodness sake!! Shame on the city of buffalo for taking advantage of worried parents and sick children!! You know we have no choice but park there!! Absolutely a shame on The City Of Buffalo!! If I could have gave 0 stars I would have!!

Parking staff are genuinely nice people that have a hard time persuading drivers to park within the lines. Had four instances over the past month with drivers that cannot manage to stay within the lines, thus, keeping me from entering my car. I work a long day, and end up spending a half hour trying to figure out how to get out of my space while keeping my car and back in one piece. I get out of my car every morning and look around it to make sure I'm within the lines. Takes all of a couple seconds. Since I'm only "working down there", I can't imagine the feeling that a person with a loved one in the hospital (across from CHILDREN'S of all places) must feel when they've already got other things to worry about. Parking lot operators...possibly invest in "go jacks" for the hospital are

There is a good chance that there may be a skimmer on one or both of the machines. I can account for two instances of unauthorized charges within a day of using this lot. Please be careful and aware.
