What a positive experience with Elliott-McElwee and specifically the service tech, Ricky Mejia. Ricky was professional, personable, knowledgeable, respectful and kind! He was most helpful explaining the issues to a layperson like myself. He communicated in a manner that made sense and he was very interested in helping me to learn and understand. I have only good things to say about my furnace repair experience with Elliott-McElwee. The service dispatcher was polite and efficient. The technician, Dean, showed up promptly and diagnosed the problem. The repair was completed, our heat was back on before lunchtime and the cost was quite reasonable. I highly recommend these folks.

They ,should get 10 stars for great service, woke up 4 degrees out AND no heat. Called 618 am and took my call. Tec call me back in 20 minutes Dean, said 1stop before me ,get there ASAP ,well had new motor replace and had heat before 11am. THANK YOU GUYS GREAT JOB

I needed a new gas furnace and AC condenser. The guys who came out were prompt and did a great job. Very happy with the company.

Unlucky for us that our heating quit in the middle of the night and we woke up to a 50 degree house...lucky for us that we called Elliot-McElwee at 8am and they came right out, did the fix and we had heat by that afternoon. We're so grateful and had such a great experience from that first morning call to our pro, Dean, fixing our heating system on one of the coldest days of the year!!!
