I used Ellis to replace an HVAC unit. Jarrod Ellis was good to work with during the sales consultation phase. I did not feel the same way with other sales consultants I had over for separate quotes. The installers, Pat and Neil, were very professional. Overall, the install was a painless experience for me. It's only been a couple of days so far but we are currently happy with the new unit's performance.

Jarrod and his team has been extremely responsive and helpful in installing my new variable AC system in my house. I replaced the original AC from 25+ years ago. The new unit and install was smooth and streamlined and completed within the day.
