We paid for an inspection on a fixer upper. We wanted to be present, like it is recommended, to see and ask questions. Matt was clearly unhappy that anyone was there and was condescending. The inspection report itself was thorough and professionally written out. It’s what I would expect from an inspection report. The inspector, however, was not so professional. You get a great report but if you want to be present (like many people want) or have any general questions about priorities, especially regarding which issues are safety hazards or major, costly repairs versus minor maintenance items. you will be disappointed with Ellis inspections.
